We follow the 4 step process of Discuss, Design, Develop and Deliver. This ensures that our clients are fully involved from when they first see the demonstration to when the system gets delivered. Surprises are only the good types.
Step 1 - Discuss
We discuss your requirement, your objectives, current procedures, present state of your data, your expectations. This is followed by an online demonstration of the system with emphasis on how your requirements can be fulfilled using existing features. By now we would be assess the time and efforts required to customize the system to your requirement.
Step 2 - Design
Having noted your requirements in step 1, we now set up a proof of concept of how your system would look like, followed by another online demonstartion with some sample data.
Step 3 - Develop
By now you would have a good idea of what your system would look like and what it would cost. At this stage we request you to sign up so that your system can be finalized and delivery can be confirmed.
Step 4 - Deliver
System delivery includes data upload, user training and testing. We offer a one month support after delivery to ensure that you and your users are comfortable with the system.
